Warranty Features

Our goal is to ensure you have minimal disruption in the event there is a hardware failure. With the Advanced Unit Exchange (AUE) warranty, we provide a replacement scanner as fast as possible, limiting any service interruption. The warranty process is quick and smooth making any claims stress free.

Manufacturers Warranty - Included

Most scanners come with a limited OEM manufacturer's warranty for up to 1 year*. These warranties are limited in coverage and in most cases, require you to pick up the shipping fees. You will be asked to send the scanner back to the manufacturer. They will evaluate the scanner for warranty related defects. In the mean time, you will be out a scanner until the repair or replacement is complete. If it isn't covered under warranty, you would be responsible for repair cost.

To get the most life out of your scanner, opt for a Superior Advanced Unit Exchange warranty, where we ensure you will have a functioning scanner with minimal interruption in case of breakage. We will ship a replacement scanner immediately upon notification of an issue. You will recieve your new scanner to use next day and will return the broken scanner to us. Your down time is limited.
